We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join Independents Building Ltd and oversee residential and commercial projects across the UK. This role is ideal for someone who understands site realities, leads confidently, and keeps projects moving without cutting corners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations

  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers

  • Ensure health & safety compliance

  • Monitor project timelines and budgets

  • Communicate with clients and senior management

  • Maintain quality standards on site

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Manager

  • Strong knowledge of UK construction regulations

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • SMSTS / CSCS (preferred)
